Security Overview

The security of your data is of the utmost importance to SourceSolution. In addition to builidng industry-leading security features into our SaaS products, we use a state of the art data center operated technical specialists. The following security features have been incorporated in S²RM and all other SaaS products.

Product Security Features

• SSL Encryption between Servers and User
• IP address monitoring
• All passwords one-way encrypted using modern encryption methods
• Firewall established-- all ports except HTTP/HTTPs are blocked

Data Center Design and Operations Overview

• 2 extremely secure data centers
• Cagespace in multiple facilities including a new $7-million dollar datacenter and Switch & Data datacenters
• Redundant power, UPS, cooling and fiber
• 24x7 custom monitoring tools with email/SMS timed escalations
• 2-megawatt, diesel backup generator with a 3,000-gallon fuel tank that provides multiple days of power in the case of a local power outage or degradation
• An automatic transfer switch and the 500-KVa parallel redundant UPS ensure that even a brownout or a complete power failure does not affect critical systems
• Cooling and humidity are controlled by 430 tons of redundant HVAC systems
• The 30,000 square-foot facility provides scalability to rapid growth
• Multiple carriers, including Verizon Business, Level3, AT&T, XO and Charter Business all have direct presence within the facility
• Dry-pipe, pre-action sprinkler rated for telecommunication equipment/computer room
• Integrated smoke/heat detector system
• Under-floor leak detection system
• BMS equipment monitoring system supported by Switch and Data's 24x7 operations center

Data Center Personnel Security

• Biometric authentication, key card access and video surveillance
• A team of over 30 employees, including highly-qualified technical specialists, vigilantly manage the facility and network 24x7x365
• 24x7 security management via the Security Operations Center (SOC)
• Remote camera monitoring 24x7, backed by digital recordings on file for 30 days
• Access to equipment area 24x7 days via card key and pass code only
• Full CCTV surveillance
