MicroConstants Overview

MicroConstants is a Contract Research Organization (CRO) that provides premier quality, GLP-compliant bioanalytical research services, IND-enabling drug metabolism (DMPK) assays, pharmacokinetic analysis, ELISA immunoassay and biomarker analysis services to pharmaceutical and biotech companies developing new chemical entities (NCEs) worldwide. They specialize in method development, method validation, and sample analysis of small molecules, proteins, and peptides using LC/MS/MS, HPLC/UV, and ELISA for preclinical and clinical drug development studies. MicroConstants also assembles and distributes customized specimen collection kits to simplify PK collections for all types of clinical trials conducted throughout the world.

MicroConstants, Inc. was founded in 1998 in San Diego, California, and is one of the largest bioanalytical LC/MS/MS laboratories on the West Coast of the United States. Their San Diego laboratory has 34,000 square feet of office and laboratory space, 2,000 square feet of archive and storage space, and houses 16 LC/MS/MS systems.
